This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted using a field research approach, Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that The results of the study indicate that: 1) Boarding School Program in shaping the character of students involves several steps, including the planning phase, and then the implementation, The third phase is evaluation. 2) The success of implementing the Pioneer Boarding School Program in shaping the character of MI NU Miftahul Huda 02 Karangmalang Gebog Kudus students lies in integrating moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior in combining academic and religious character education. 摘要
本研究旨在明确确定1) 先锋寄宿学校计划在塑造米国立师范大学米夫塔胡达分校(MI NU Miftahul Huda)02 级 Gebog Kudus 学生品格方面的实施情况;2) 先锋寄宿学校计划在塑造米国立师范大学米夫塔胡达分校(MI NU Miftahul Huda)02 级 Gebog Kudus 学生品格方面的成功情况。本研究是一项定性描述性研究,采用实地调查法,数据收集技术包括访谈、观察和记录。研究结果表明1)寄宿学校计划在塑造学生品格方面涉及几个步骤,包括规划阶段,然后是实施阶段,第三个阶段是评估。2) 先锋寄宿学校计划在塑造 MI NU Miftahul Huda 02 Karangmalang Gebog Kudus 学生品格方面的成功在于将道德认知、道德情感和道德行为结合起来,将学术和宗教品格教育结合起来。该计划通过以课堂为基础的品德教育和以伊斯兰学校为基础的文化品德教育,成功地将学术品德教育和宗教品德教育融为一体,学生的纪律性、独立性、责任感和环保意识都得到了提高。
