Measurement of variables X1, X2 and Y using the Likert Model questionnaire and Google Form observations. Through SPSS 25 significant 5%, rtable = 0.361, and rcount ≥ rtable , all instruments are valid. The reliability index is the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.765 which means it is reliable. It is analyzed by Classical Assumptions Test and Multiple Linear Regression. The simultaneous partial effect of variables X1, X2 and Y was carried out by t test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results of the study (1) There is a significant effect of self-efficacy on teacher work commitment (66.99%); (2) There is no significant effect of the principal's managerial skills on teacher work commitment (1.57%); (3) There is a significant effect of the school principal's self-efficacy and managerial skills simultaneously on teacher work commitment (68.57%). 摘要
本研究旨在证明自我效能感对教师工作承诺的影响、校长的管理技能对工作承诺的影响以及校长的管理技能和效能感对 SMA PGRI Getengan 工作承诺的影响。采用李克特模型问卷和谷歌表格观察法测量变量 X1、X2 和 Y。通过 SPSS 25 significant 5%, rtable = 0.361, and rcount ≥ rtable, 所有工具均有效。信度指标为 Cronbach's Alpha 系数 = 0.765,说明是可靠的。通过经典假设检验和多元线性回归进行分析。通过 t 检验、F 检验、判定系数和相关分析对变量 X1、X2 和 Y 的同时部分效应进行了分析。研究结果(1)自我效能感对教师工作投入有显著影响(66.99%);(2)校长管理技能对教师工作投入无显著影响(1.57%);(3)校长自我效能感和管理技能同时对教师工作投入有显著影响(68.57%)。要提高工作投入度,自我效能感必须得到校长管理技能的支持。
