Informan dari penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang berasal dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Jembrana, Puskesmas I Negara dan Puskesmas I Mendoyo yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran ketersediaan SDM Kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Jembrana dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan Puskesmas telah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan Puskesmas di masa pandemi COVID-19 meskipun dalam pendistribusian SDM Kesehatan Puskesmas belum merata. Sehingga Pemerintah daerah perlu untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan afirmatif terkait penugasan SDM Kesehatan untuk penempatan di daerah perkotaan maupun daerah pedesaaan dalam pemerataan distribusi SDM Kesehatan. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the availability of Health Human Resource during the COVID-19 pandemic at the primary health centre of Jembrana regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and literature study. The informants of this study were 10 people who came from the Jembrana District Health Office, Puskesmas I Negara, Puskesmas I Mendoyo which were selected through purposive sampling technique. The results of this study reflect that the availability of Health Human Resource in Jembrana Regency in providing Primary health centre services that are in accordance with Puskesmas service standards during the COVID-19 pandemic, although the distribution of Puskesmas Health Human Resources has not been evenly distributed. So that local governments need to issue affirmative policies related to the assignment of Health Human Resource for placement in urban areas and rural areas in the equitable distribution of Health Human Resource.
