The study's goal is to review the literature on illness prevention and health promotion for both adults and children. The data regarding disease prevention in children in 2019 (Diabetes Mellitus), 2020 (Obesity, Disability), 2021 In 2019, the focus was on physical activity and emotion management; in 2020, it was on reducing salt, smoking, alcohol, and increasing physical activity; in 2021, it was on reducing salt, smoking, alcohol, and increasing physical activity; in 2022, it was on positive wellbeing, resilience among individuals, and positive mental health; and in 2023, it was on lifestyle behaviours and COVID-19 preventive behaviours.
