Positioning of a higher education institution (HEI) on the Internet and its promotion in various rating systems is an integral part of the higher education development strategy. Information infrastructure, information management system, representation in the Internet space are nowadays tools of strategic development of higher education institutions. They play an important role in the process of integration into the global information field, contribute to the creation of an open / personalized information environment, thus providing conditions for the stable functioning and dynamic development of any structure, which includes a modern management system built on the principles of system with the use of network technologies, which enables all members of the educational space to be active participants in the life cycle of higher education institutions. One of the main components of the information infrastructure system is information provision, the basis of which is the system of collection, control, transformation, storage, updating, distribution and transmission of information from various sources to the participants of the educational space. It should be integrated and allow integration of external and internal information, horizontal integration of the same type of information systems, as well as vertical integration between systems with different hierarchical structures. The creation of an Intellectual Center for the interaction of informational components of the infrastructure of higher education institutions is an urgent task, which is of great importance in the management and development of the educational institution. The use of modern approaches in information technologies of data analysis will help higher education institutions to effectively manage the educational process and educational space at all stages of the organizational and management system. The theoretical and practical principles proposed in the work were investigated by the author in relation to the harmonized management of higher education institutions, the stages of construction of the \"AS-IS\" model of the information infrastructure system of higher education institutions were considered. The applied ERwin CASE technology helps not only to model all the processes of the information infrastructure system of a higher education institution, but also to study and analyze the model's vulnerabilities in detail. 乌克兰内阁通过的 "2026 年前教育和科学数字化转型构想"[2],包括利用数字 CASE 技术改造教育和科学系统的流程,以实现流程的简化、自动化和方便用户。 高等教育机构在互联网上的定位及其在各种评级系统中的推广是高等教育发展战略的一个组成部分。 信息基础设施、信息管理系统、在互联网空间的表现形式是当今高等教育机构战略发展的工具。它们在融入全球信息领域的过程中发挥着重要作用,有助于创建一个开放/个性化的信息环境,从而为任何结构的稳定运行和动态发展提供条件,其中包括一个建立在系统原则基础上的现代管理系统,利用网络技术,使教育空间的所有成员都能成为高等教育机构生命周期的积极参与者。信息基础设施系统的主要组成部分之一是信息提供,其基础是收集、控制、转换、存储、更新、分配和向教育空间参与者传输来自不同来源的信息的系统。该系统应该是一体化的,可以整合外部和内部信息,可以横向整合同类信息系统,也可以纵向整合不同层次结构的系统。建立高等院校基础设施信息组件互动智力中心是一项紧迫的任务,对教育机构的管理和发展具有重要意义。使用现代数据分析信息技术方法将有助于高等院校在组织和管理系统的各个阶段有效管理教育过程和教育空间。作者对作品中提出的理论和实践原则进行了研究,这些原则与高等教育机构的协调管理有关,并考虑了高等教育机构信息基础设施系统 "AS-IS "模型的构建阶段。应用 ERwin CASE 技术不仅有助于建立高等院校信息基础设施系统的所有流程模型,还有助于详细研究和分析模型的漏洞。通过消除已发现的缺陷、重新定向和引入新的信息流,最终构建出 "TO-VE "模型("未来将如何"),这将有助于模拟 ZV 信息基础设施的有效现代系统。
