摘要
本研究选取了 A 省的 200 名老年人，以了解社会支持系统如何影响老年人的心理健康。研究使用量表和深度访谈收集数据，并使用 SPSS 和 AMOS 进行分析。结果显示，社会支持，尤其是来自家庭和朋友的支持，对老年人的心理健康有显著的积极影响。相对而言，社区支持的影响有限。这些发现在中国文化背景下具有重要的现实意义和理论意义，为进一步改善老年人的心理健康提供了方向。
