The consumption of fresh cheese and cottage cheese is also presented in comparison with selected types of milk in Slovakia. The paper presents data from the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic. The data consist of milk and dairy products, cow's milk and dairy products, goat's milk, sheep's milk, drinking milk, drinking cow's milk, drinking goat's milk, fresh cheese, and cottage cheese.
