PREVALENCE OF INAPPROPRIATE LEFT VENTRICULAR MASS IN PATIENTS WITH VARIOUS DISEASES
Abstract. Introduction. According to the inappropriate left ventricular mass concept proposed by G. de Simone et al. (1998), in some cases, an increment in the left ventricular myocardium mass occurs inadequately to the hemodynamic load of high blood pressure. Studying the prevalence and interrelation of disproportionately high left ventricular myocardia 6 131ОБЗОРЫ mass continues to remain topical to the present, due to the increased risk of cardiovascular events among affected people, and at the same time independently of the presence of left ventricular hypertrophy.
