Urediniospores for each isolate were collected from leaves, and a set of differentials containing different resistance genes was used to determine the virulence of the isolates. Inoculation was done by spraying 7-days-old seedlings, and reactions were assessed. Results showed that isolates were effective on Yr2, Yr6, Yr7, Yr8, Yr9, Yr10, Yr17, Yr24, Yr25, and Yr32 resistance genes in the entire region.
