The type of research used in this study is an associative study with a quantitative approach. A survey sampling method is a method that researchers use to collect data. In this study, 54 employees were the population and respondents used by the researchers. Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS versions 25 and 26 is a data analysis tool. The results of our analysis show that: (1) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by the employee's ability to work. (2) Employee performance is significantly positively impacted by job motivation. (3) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work discipline. 摘要

本研究的题目是《马打兰市 PD Indah Permai 集团的工作能力、工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响》(Impact of Work Ability, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PD Indah Permai Group, Mataram City)。本研究的目的是阐明工作能力、工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响程度。本研究采用的研究类型是定量关联研究。调查抽样法是研究人员用来收集数据的一种方法。在本研究中,54 名员工是研究人员使用的调查对象。SPSS 25 和 26 版本中的多元线性回归是一种数据分析工具。分析结果表明(1) 员工的工作能力对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(2) 工作动机对员工绩效有明显的积极影响。(3) 工作纪律对员工绩效有积极而重要的影响。(4) 工作纪律对员工绩效有很大影响。
