The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used census method. The population and respondents in the study were 88 teachers. The analysis tool used is path analysis using the SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance. (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. 摘要
本研究旨在确定领导风格(X)、工作动机(Z)对 SMKN 1 Lingsar 教师绩效(Y)的影响。采用的研究类型是定量方法的因果关联研究。数据收集方法采用普查法。研究对象为 88 名教师。使用的分析工具是 SPSS 26 for Windows 程序的路径分析。数据分析结果表明:(1) 领导风格对绩效有积极而显著的影响。(2) 领导风格对工作动机有积极而显著的影响。(3) 工作动机对绩效有积极而显著的影响。(4) 工作动机对领导风格对 SMKN 1 Lingsar 教师绩效的影响具有积极和显著的中介作用。
