This study was conducted from August to October 2022 in Ratu Sepudak Village, Galing District, Sambas recency. The method used in this study is purposive sampling and semi-structured interviews of 30 respondens. Quantitative analysis of this study using citation frequncy and informant agreement factor(FKI). Based on the research results food plants were obtained 72 species and 39 families. The most species found are Arecaceae, Poaceae,  and Zingiberaceae, which are 6,94 % each. The most widely used part as food is fruit, which is 51,76%. Planst that are used as food ingredients are the most widely inclued in the category of utilization as vegetables as many as 29 types. The highest value of citation frequency of this study reaches 100%. 摘要

Ratu Sepudak 村的马来人使用某种植物食品。Ratu Sepudak 村的马来文化与使用植物作为食物密切相关。本研究的目的是确定食用植物的种类、植物部位、利用类别和加工方法,以及确定引用频率和信息提供者同意因子(FKI)的值。本研究于 2022 年 8 月至 10 月在桑巴斯地区加林县 Ratu Sepudak 村进行。本研究采用的方法是有目的抽样和对 30 名受访者进行半结构式访谈。本研究的定量分析使用了引用频率和信息提供者同意因子(FKI)。根据研究结果,共获得 72 种 39 科食用植物。发现最多的物种是菊科(Arecaceae)、罂粟科(Poaceae)和茜草科(Zingiberaceae),各占 6.94%。最广泛用作食物的部分是果实,占 51.76%。在作为蔬菜使用的类别中,用作食品配料的植物最多,有 29 种之多。本研究中引用频率的最高值达到了 100%。作为主食和食用色素的利用类别中,信息提供者同意因子(FKI)的最高值为 1。
