As the demand for talent in the country continues to rise, versatile talents are currently in short supply. This paper explores the research and practice of talent cultivation in the field of environmental design based on the characteristic of “integration of art and engineering,” using the environmental design major at Qingdao Yellow Sea College as an example. With the rapid development of society and continuous technological progress, the traditional single-discipline training model can no longer meet the complex and changing design requirements. 摘要

近年来,为深入贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,艺术院校建设突出学科和行业特色。"艺术与技术融合 "不仅是当代设计的原则,也是现代设计人才培养的方向和精髓。随着国家对人才需求的不断提高,目前全能型人才供不应求。本文以青岛黄海学院环境设计专业为例,探讨基于 "艺工融合 "特点的环境设计领域人才培养的研究与实践。随着社会的快速发展和科技的不断进步,传统的单一学科培养模式已不能满足复杂多变的设计要求。因此,本研究将艺术领域与工程领域相融合,构建了一种新的人才培养模式,旨在培养兼具艺术创造力和工程技术能力的人才。
