摘要
本研究旨在通过工作动机、工作满意度和工作绩效分析远程工作对工作生活平衡的影响。研究对象是雅加达西部分销商公司的 125 名受访者。本研究采用的抽样方法是目的性抽样,使用描述性统计数据分析方法和 22 版 SEM 测试。进行实地研究的方法是问卷调查。本研究由一个自变量(即远程工作)、一个因变量(即工作生活平衡)和三个干预变量(即工作动机、工作满意度和工作绩效)组成。
