De la fam al festí. L’alimentació a Jaufré i Flamenca

Resum: L’alimentació permet de copsar les grans diferències existents entre les dues grans novel·les occitanes del segle XIII. El Jaufré, novel·la d’aventures, rural i accelerada, ofereix uns àpats que generalment són de supervivència, mentre que els banquets es resolen sense cap especificació rellevant Per contra, a Flamenca, urbana, sedentària i refinada, l’autor té cura de descriure la riquesa d’un coneixement gastronòmic que es reclama d’un pensament hedonista que coincideix amb la joie de vivre que afecta tots els aspectes de la novel·la.Paraules clau: Jaufré, Flamenca, aventura, fam, banquetAbstract: Food allows us to grasp the great differences between the two great Occitan novels of the 13 Century. Jaufré, an adventure novel, rural and fast-paced, generally presents meals as pure survival, while the banquets are solved without any relevant specifications.
