Many companies design their advertisements creatively, one of which is PT Sidomuncul which chose to highlight the Javanese culture theme in its latest advertisement Tolak Linu Herbal \"Fresh Body, All Smooth\". The aim of this research is to find out and reveal the visual meaning of the Tolak Linu Herbal advertisement \"Fresh Body, All Smooth\". This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The data sources used use data triangulation, namely content, literature and documents. Data collection used video downloading, note taking, and literature review. The data analysis technique uses matrix analysis.
