职业教育的学习任务是落实职业导向外语(VOFL)的学习成果。遗憾的是,正规教育并没有为外语教师在职业培训机构工作做好准备。本文探讨了卢布林地区职业教育领域外语教师的需求问题。在问卷调查的基础上,对这些教师的需求进行了分析。本文从教师在职培训的形式和内容以及教师在非正规教育框架内自我提高的准备程度等方面,讨论了与职业外语教学有关的需求。调查结果表明,正规和非正规教育框架内的培训形式对于语言教师专业能力的发展都不尽人意。
