摘要

输尿管肠吻合口狭窄（UEAS）是直肠肿瘤全盆腔外展术（TPE）中建立回肠导管后的典型并发症。我们报告了三名年龄在 47-73 岁之间的患者的回肠导管重建情况。病例 1 是左侧 UEAS，有足够的输尿管长度进行吻合；病例 2 是右侧 UEAS，有足够的输尿管长度进行吻合；病例 3 是左侧 UEAS，输尿管长度不够进行吻合。术后无并发症，UEAS 也未复发。学习直肠癌 TPE 术后良性 UEAS 的开放手术修补术非常重要。这种手术并发症较少，而且从长远来看是安全的。
