There were statistically significant differences in the changes of the values of the most mesial and distal distances in the augmented region. The average dimen- sions of the placed dental implants were 10 mm in length and 3.98 mm in diameter, with 88% high primary stabili- ty in the placed implants and 100% implant survival after a 6-month period. The application of platelet-rich plasma in maxillary sinus floor elevation procedures yields good results in terms of new bone formation, implant osseointe- gration, and positive clinical outcomes.
