The design of the development of educational flashcard game media based on local Bima culture in students is carried out such as the development of semester programmes, weekly lesson plans, lesson plans and assessment formats so as to produce educational flashcard game media development based on local Bima culture in class 1 students of SDN 13 Woja. Educational flashcard media based on local culture as a medium for learning to read shows effective criteria. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the observation sheet of teacher activities and students obtained the criteria for developing as expected (BSH), as well as the results of the analysis of teacher response questionnaires showing very good criteria.
