摘要

本文对Q460gJC厚板(60mm)进行了低温焊接试验,基于相变结构演化的基本理论,建立了大型焊接接头三维微观结构演化分析方法,完成了厚板低温环境下多层多道焊缝结构演化过程的分析。试验结果与数值模拟结果的对比分析结果吻合良好,证明焊接相变模型实现了钢结构焊接冶金相变的数字化,优化了焊接工艺参数,对提高焊接产品质量具有重要意义,为从微观层面预测焊接接头性能奠定了基础。
