预防性诱导体液反应已被证明是预防高致病性病原体感染的最佳选择,但免疫后诱导的反应往往需要很长时间才能产生抗原特异性抗体,达到功能性保护水平。这是因为生殖中心(GC)反应的动力学要求参与反应的 B 细胞在生殖中心内经历数轮增殖和体细胞超突变,以调整其 B 细胞受体(BCR),从而增强抗原结合力,并最终分化为分泌抗体的浆细胞(ASCs),这一过程需要数天才能成熟,而析出功能性保护则需要更长的时间。然而,有证据表明,在感染后早期就会产生中和抗体,而且与 GCs 无关,这种抗体是由 ASC 在继发性淋巴组织的滤泡外区形成集群或 "病灶 "而产生的。我们最近发表的研究成果 "Toll 样受体介导的炎症引导 B 细胞产生保护性抗病毒滤泡外反应"(EFR)提供了实验证据,证明这些快速反应是保护性的,并受触发这些 "应急反应 "的先天信号调控[1]。
