Multiple prior plain films demonstrate progressive increased consolidation confined to the left lower lobe. Subsequently, a CT of the chest was preformed which showed a plastic gastrostomy (MIC-Key tube) bumper in the proximal esophagus causing severe tracheal narrowing.
