This study aims to describe the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in developing students' religious moderation behavior at MAN Bintan. This research is classified as qualitative research when viewed from the aspect of data. The research activity was conducted at MAN Bintan from January to April 2022. The subjects for data collection in this study were Guidance and Counseling teachers. Data collection was performed through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing, presenting, and verifying the data. The findings of this study demonstrate that Guidance and Counseling teachers play a central role in the development of students' religious moderation behavior at MAN Bintan, which is reflected in their roles as informants, facilitators, motivators, and mentors. Abstrak: Bangsa Indonesia sedang menghadapi ekstremisme, radikalisme, ujaran kebencian, hingga retaknya hubungan antarumat beragama sehingga guru dituntut untuk melaksanakan perannya dalam rangka mengembangkan perilaku moderasi beragama siswa. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mengembangkan perilaku moderasi beragama peserta didik di MAN Bintan.Penelitian ini tergolong kepada penelitian kualitatif bila dilihat dari aspek datanya. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Bintan dari bulan Januari hingga April tahun 2022. Subyek untuk perolehan sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Pengumpulan data terlaksana melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. 摘要:印尼目前面临极端主义、激进主义、仇恨言论、宗教间关系破裂等问题,这就要求教师在培养学生的宗教节制行为中发挥应有的作用。本研究旨在探讨民丹中学辅导教师在培养学生宗教节制行为方面所扮演的角色。从数据的角度来看,本研究属于定性研究。研究活动于2022年1月至4月在民丹岛进行。本研究的资料收集对象为辅导教师。通过访谈、观察和记录来收集数据。数据分析通过对数据的简化、呈现和验证进行。本研究结果显示,辅导教师在民丹中学学生宗教节制行为的发展中扮演核心角色,体现在他们作为举证者、促进者、激励者和导师的角色上。摘要:Bangsa Indonesia sedang menghadapi ekextremisme, radikalisme, ujaran kebencian, hinga retaknya hubungan antarumat beragama sehinga guru dituntut untuk melaksanakan perannya dalam rangka mengembangkan peraku moderasi beragama siswa。Penelitian ini monpunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran大师Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mengembangkan peraku moderasi beragama peserta didik di MAN Bintan。Penelitian ini tergolong kepada Penelitian qualititf bila dililihat dari说datanya。Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Bintan dari bulan Januari hinga April tahun 2022。Subyek untuk perolehan的数据数据是由penelitian的数据专家Bimbingan和Konseling提供的。彭普兰数据terlaksana melalui kegiatan wawancara,观测,和文献。对数据进行分析,显示和验证数据。Bintan是一个信息者、促进者、激励者,是一个信息者、促进者、激励者。
