Prevention of aggressive behavior among cadets of educational organizations of the FPS of Russia

В статье представлены психологические особенности феномена агрессии и агрессивного поведения, рассматриваются причины и механизмы его возникновения. Агрессия понимается как процесс, который имеет специфическую функцию, агрессивность же представляет собой конструкт, являющийся компонентом более сложной структуры психических свойств личности. Рассматриваются основные элементы агрессивного поведения: познавательный, эмоциональный и волевой. Реализация агрессивного поведения негативно отражается на различных аспектах служебной деятельности: оперативной обстановке в учреждении, социально-психологическом климате. Агрессивное поведение значительно осложняет как собственный учебно-воспитательный процесс, так и обучение других людей, выполнение профессиональных обязанностей личного состава. Основной акцент в статье делается на практических методах и приемах профилактики агрессивного поведения в условиях образовательной организации. The article presents psychological features of the phenomenon of aggression and aggressive behavior and discusses causes and mechanisms of its occurrence. Aggression is understood as a process that has a specific function, while aggressiveness is a construct that is a component of a more complex structure of mental properties of a person. Key elements of aggressive behavior, such as cognitive, emotional and volitional, are considered. Implementation of aggressive behavior negatively affects various aspects of official activity: operational situation in the institution, socio-psychological climate. Aggressive behavior significantly complicates both the person’s own educational process and training of other people, as well as personnel’s performance of professional duties. The article proposes practical methods and techniques for the prevention of aggressive behavior in an educational organization.
