Standar keselamatan prosedur kerja dalam pekerjaan bongkar muat yang harus dipatuhi agar aman dan selamat terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja maupun penyakit akibat kerja, hal ini dicapai dengan melakukan pekerjaan sesuai prosedur kerja dengan memperhatikan aspek keselamatan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, pendidikan, masa kerja dan pengetahuan K3 pekerja terhadap kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan standar keselamatan prosedur kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penghitungan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Lameshow didapatkan sampel sebanyak 128 orang dari total populasi 192 orang tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM). Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan chi square test dan uji alternatif fisher’s exact test. Pengolahan dan penyajian data menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi disertai narasi. Hasil penelitian: Usia merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan standar keselamatan prosedur kerja, hasil uji statistik diperoleh p=0,014 < 0,05; Pendidikan merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan standar keselamatan prosedur kerja, hasil uji statistik diperoleh p=0,004 < 0,05; Masa kerja merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan standar keselamatan prosedur kerja, hasil uji statistik diperoleh p=<0,001 < 0,05; Pengetahuan K3 bukan merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan standar keselamatan prosedur kerja, hasil uji statistik diperoleh p=0,106 > 0,05. Dalam hirarki pengendalian risiko K3 permasalahan yang ada dapat diselesaikan dengan subtitusi alat berupa penambahan tangga atau man lifting crane, selain itu pelatihan pada TKBM terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) perlu dilakukan yang diharapkan dapat mengubah pandangan pekerja terkait K3. Safety standards for work procedures in stevedoring work must be obeyed in order to be safe, safe from work accidents and occupational diseases, which can be achieved by carrying out work according to work procedures by paying attention to work safety aspect. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between worker characteristics (include: age, education, working period and occupational safety and health (OSH) knowledge of workers) with compliance in implementing safety standards for work procedures. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The sample calculation in this study using the Lameshow formula obtained 128 people from total population of 192 stevedoring workers (TKBM). The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data analysis using chi square test and fisher's exact test as alternative test. Processing and presenting data using frequency distribution tables with the explanation. The results of the study: Age is one of the factors that related to compliance in implementing work procedure safety standards, statistical test results obtained p = 0.014 < 0.05, education is one of the factors that related to compliance in implementing work procedure safety standards, statistical test result obtained p = 0.004 < 0.05; Working period one of the factors that related to compliance in implementing work procedure safety standards, statistical test result obtained p = <0.001 < 0.05; OSH knowledge is not a factor related to compliance in implementing work procedure safety standards, the result obtained p = 0.167 > 0.05.
