A patient information form, which includes demographic information, and the Psychosocial Self-Adjustment to Illness Scale were administered to the patients. Results: The mean age of patients participating in the study was 45.74±17.27 years, 49% were female, 63% were married, 25% had completed primary school, and 41% were not working. The mean psychosocial adjustment score of individuals with COVID-19 was 39.27±19.53. Conclusion: COVID-19 patients were observed to have a moderate psychosocial adjustment to the disease. 摘要

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒病疫情中影响社会适应的因素。材料与方法:经卫生部COVID-19科研评价委员会、机构许可和伦理委员会许可,于2020年5月10日至2020年5月30日在伊斯坦布尔的一家大流行医院进行前瞻性横断面研究,接受研究的100名因COVID-19住院治疗的患者。对患者进行了包括人口统计信息的患者信息表和疾病心理社会自我适应量表。结果:参与研究的患者平均年龄为45.74±17.27岁,女性占49%,已婚占63%,小学学历占25%,无工作占41%。新冠肺炎患者的平均心理社会适应得分为39.27±19.53。结论:新冠肺炎患者对疾病有中等程度的社会心理适应。性别、婚姻状况、教育水平、慢性病的存在和年龄被确定为影响心理社会适应的因素。
