摘要

随着教育的不断发展,高职院校“双师型”教师的培养越来越受到重视。高职教师作为影响学生学习能力的首要因素,其专业教学能力和职业发展直接影响高职学科教学效果。因此,高职教师必须对自己的职业生涯进行深思熟虑的专业规划,从而提高自己的教学水平,进行“双师”教师的自我提升和培训。这反过来又提升了高职院校的教学能力。因此,“双师型”教师队伍建设需要重视。通过对现有文献的研究,本研究确定了此类劳动力发展中的问题,并提出了改进建议。
