The study used a Qualitative approach and descriptive research design. Data was collected through interviews and focus group discussions. Data were analyzed through a thematic approach. The findings indicated that there are direct relationship between the style of life the parents were living before divorce and the style their children live after divorce which in turn affects them and they may cause another divorce to their child in the future. Moreover, divorced marriages were found to have negative psychological effects on children either mentally or physically, misconduct behaviour, social interaction and becoming street children.
