The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test. With a total sampling of 67 respondents. The results showed the results of a multiple linear regression equation of 10.927 + 0.366X1 + 0.830X2, meaning that job satisfaction even without being influenced by organizational commitment and OCB had an influence of 10.927. The result of this study is based on the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.923 where the value (R) is between the value of the coefficient interval of 0.80-1.000. This means that the effect of the relationship between the variables of Organizational Commitment and OCB on Job Satisfaction simultaneously is very strong. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织承诺与组织公民行为(OCB)对坦格朗区法院特殊1A班员工工作满意度的影响。本研究采用的分析方法有描述性分析、效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析、多元相关系数分析、决定系数分析、t检验和F检验。总共抽样了67名受访者。结果显示多元线性回归方程的结果为10.927 + 0.366X1 + 0.830X2,即工作满意度在不受组织承诺和组织公民行为影响的情况下也具有10.927的影响。本研究的结果基于相关系数(R)的值0.923,其中值(R)介于系数区间的值0.80-1.000之间。这意味着组织承诺和组织公民行为两个变量同时对工作满意度的影响是非常强的。本研究的研究对象为坦格朗区法院特殊1A类的工作人员。
