Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara pada orang tua serta pengasuh pada anak tersebut. Penilaian nya menggunakan alat ukur dengan 23 item. Dengan menggunakan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed rank dan terdapat perubahan nilai sebelum dan sesudah diberi treatment positif rank dengan nilai N 17 artinya seluruh sampel tesebut mengalami peningkatan dari pre ke post test. Mean rank peningkatannya sebesar 9,00 dan Soum Of Ranks sebesar 153,00, nilai Ties Nya 0 berarti tidak ada kesamaan nilai pre dan post nya dengan nilai hipotesisnya 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesisnya diterima
 This study aims to empirically test the training of self-development skills using the fading method in early childhood at the Sayang Anak TPA. The subjects in this study were 2 children at TPA Sayang Anak, one boy and one girl. Data was collected by using observations and interviews with the parents and caregivers of the child. The assessment uses a measuring instrument with 23 items. By using the results of the Wilcoxon Signed rank test and there is a change in the value before and after being given a positive rank treatment with an N value of 17, it means that the entire sample has increased from pre to post test.
