Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menguji pengaruh self-regulated learning dan openness to experience terhadap adaptabilitas karier pada remaja. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 386 siswa. Metode cluster sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Pengumpulan data menggunalan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-regulated learning dengan nilai r=0.929, skala big-inventory dengan nilai r= 0.883 dan skala adaptabilitas karier dengan nilai r= 0.925. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dalam program SPSS for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self regulated learning (β=0.225, ρ<0,05) dan openness to experience (β=0.685, ρ<0,05) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap adaptabilitas karier.&#x0D; Adolescents have many developmentals tasks, some of them are to achieve economic independence and can make career preparations by doing a proper career planning. The aims of the study are investigate and examine the effect of self-regulated learning and openness to experience in the career adaptability on adolescents. Respondents in this research were 386 students. Cluster sampling method was used to determine the respondents. Interviewe and questionnaire methode are applied in this study. The scale used was self-regulated learning scale with r= 0.929, big-five inventory scale with r=0.883 and career adaptability scale with r=0.925. Analysis data was conducted using multiple regresion method in SPSS for windows.
