本研究旨在:1)测试和分析控制源对公务员工作满意度的影响,2)测试和分析自我效能对公务员工作满意度的影响,3)测试和分析控制源对公务员工作满意度的影响,4)测试和分析自我效能对公务员工作绩效的影响,5)测试和分析工作满意度对公务员工作绩效的影响,6)通过工作满意度测试和分析控制源对绩效的影响;7)通过工作满意度测试和分析自我效能感对绩效的影响。研究结果表明:1)控制源对公务员工作满意度有显著影响2)自我效能感对公务员工作满意度有显著影响3)控制源对公务员绩效有显著影响4)自我效能感对公务员绩效有显著影响5)工作满意度对公务员绩效有显著影响6)测试7)通过公务员工作满意度检验自我效能感对员工绩效无显著影响的第七个假设。工作满意度变量不能作为控制源和自我效能感对公务员绩效影响的中介变量。

The Influence of Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy on the Performance of Civil Servants Through Job Satisfaction in the Detachment Work Unit of the Navy Staff and Command School Detachment (DENMA SESKOAL)
