摘要

西红柿和咖啡是越南非常重要的农作物和工业植物。然而,这两种植物都受到真菌尖孢菌和结根线虫的严重危害。迄今为止,既能有效预防又对人类健康和环境安全的生物制品并不多见。为了寻找预防和抑制有害真菌和线虫病的有益制剂进行实验生物生产,本研究分离、筛选和鉴定了3株既有促进植物生长潜力又有防治番茄根系有害真菌病和线虫的本土菌株,包括芽孢杆菌TL7、利用GenBank编码VEWW00000000、VEWX00000000和VEWZ00000000分别对细菌全基因组进行测序。
