Telkom Branch of Sumbawa. The type of this study was associative study. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. Total populations were 80 respondents. The technique of determining sample used was Slovin formula. The numbers of samples were 99 samples. The methods used to collect data were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used were the Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and R2 test through SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that partially the provision of benefits did not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while bonuses had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. Simultaneously the provision of allowances and bonuses has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. The percentage of influence of allowances and bonuses on employee loyalty at PT. 摘要

本研究旨在了解津贴和奖金对松巴哇PT电信分公司员工忠诚度的影响。本研究的类型为联想研究。使用的数据类型为定量和定性数据。本研究的数据来源为一手数据和第二手数据。总人数为80人。样品的测定方法为斯洛温公式。样本数量为99个样本。收集资料的方法为问卷调查法和文献法。采用SPSS 16.0软件进行数据分析,采用经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析、t检验、F检验和R2检验。结果表明,部分福利的提供对员工忠诚度没有显著影响,而奖金对松巴哇PT. Telkom分公司的员工忠诚度有显著的正向影响。同时,津贴和奖金的发放对PT电信松巴哇分公司员工的忠诚度有显著影响。津贴和奖金对PT. Telkom分公司Sumbawa员工忠诚度的影响比例为55.2%,而剩余的44.8%受到本研究之外的其他变量的影响,如文化因素,社会因素,个人因素,心理因素和服务营销组合因素。
