From the result of the study, it was found that there was a significant influence of leadership variables on job satisfaction. Quality culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on commitment to implementing quality assurance policies. Quality culture has a positive effect on commitment to implementing quality assurance policies, and job satisfaction also has a positive effect on commitment to implementing quality assurance policies. 摘要

本研究旨在确定印尼内棉兰大学在执行质量保证政策时,领导对承诺的影响、质量文化对承诺的影响、工作满意度对质量保证政策执行承诺的影响、领导和质量文化对工作满意度和承诺的影响。研究样本为202名讲师。本研究采用问卷调查法,采用通径分析法对数据进行分析。从研究结果来看,我们发现领导变量对工作满意度有显著的影响。质量文化对工作满意度有正向影响。领导对实施质量保证政策的承诺有积极的影响。质量文化对实施质量保证政策的承诺有积极的影响,工作满意度对实施质量保证政策的承诺也有积极的影响。综合起来,领导力、质量文化和工作满意度会积极影响实施质量保证政策的承诺。
