To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed as a support tool for clothing selling entrepreneurs in recruiting TikTok Live Hosts that are relevant and can contribute to the development of their business. In this study the authors used Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) for the TikTok Live Host recruitment process with 5 (five) alternatives and 5 assessment criteria in subjective decision making. The results of this study indicate that the alternative that gets the first ranking position and is recommended to be accepted as a TikTok Live Host is A5 (Rina) with a value of 0.2752. 摘要
在TikTok直播上销售服装的业务中,如果找不到合适的主播,可能会对企业主产生负面影响,因为主播失败可能会导致提供的产品无法卖给潜在客户。为了解决这一问题,服装销售企业家需要一个决策支持系统,作为支持工具,帮助他们招募相关的、对业务发展有帮助的抖音直播主持人。在本研究中,作者采用基于比率分析的多目标优化(MOORA)方法对TikTok直播主持人招聘过程进行了5(5)个备选方案和5个主观决策评估标准的优化。本研究结果表明,排名第一并被推荐接受为TikTok Live Host的备选方案为A5 (Rina),其值为0.2752。其他备选方案的排名顺序为:A1 (Janses),排名2的值为0.2738,A3 (Aisyah),排名3的值为0.2582,A4 (Kylen),排名4的值为0.2460,A2 (Delima)排名5的值为0.2190。
