In such context, this article combines relevant theories and literature to explore the optimized ways of digital capability cultivation targeting at the innovative talents. Drawing inspirations from the conceive, design, implement, and operate (CDIO) educational concept, this article integrates the dimensions of CDIO with cultivating objectives, cultivating process, and cultivating evaluation to put forward an optimized mode for cultivating digital talents.
