The accessions TSG-22, TSG-24, ID-7, SCG-37, RHA-464 and ID-25 acted asrestorersfor allfive CMS lines. It was found that ID-33 of the restorer for ARM-243A was maintainer for other CMS lines. The use of stable germplasm with restorer behaviour in heterosis breeding programmes and those with maintainer behaviour in the development of new CMS lines through conversion has been suggested. 摘要
以31份均匀稳定的向日葵经济重要种质与5个细胞质雄性不育系(CMS-234A、CMS-17A、CMS-338A、CMS-851A和ARM-243A)进行Line x Tester杂交,采用随机区组设计,2个重复研究其在kharifs -2012期间的保持或恢复反应。添加物TSG-22、TSG-24、ID-7、SCG-37、rhaa -464和ID-25对所有5个CMS系均起恢复作用。发现ARM-243A恢复系的ID-33是其他CMS系的维持系。建议在杂种优势育种计划中使用具有恢复行为的稳定种质,在通过转化开发新的CMS系中使用具有保持行为的种质。在杂交合成中,对组合良好的CMS源的新恢复系的鉴定应优先考虑。
