In direct influences, it can also be seen that satisfaction is significantly influenced by motivation and compensation, and the performance of DLH Pidie cleaning workers is also significantly influenced by motivation, compensation, and satisfaction. In indirect influences, satisfaction partially mediated the motivation and compensation influence on cleaning workers' performance. 摘要
