It was organized as a part of the Enrich Europeana + project. During that period a certain number of students worked on a few selected archival fonds and collections. Their task was transcribing the uploaded documents on Europeana and the Transcribathon platform. The event had a competitive tone because the best students in three categories received awards. The Archives organized a conference “Cultural Heritage and AI” on the first two days of the Transcribathon Zagreb event. This paper will focus on preparations for the Transcribathon Zagreb 2022 event and the results.
