摘要

本研究旨在分析动机、组织文化和承诺对廖内省曼谷小学教师工作满意度和绩效的影响。本研究以廖内省罗希尔省内杰里邦哥县小学的78名公务员教师为样本。采用问卷或调查问卷收集数据,采用smart PLS进行统计分析。假设检验结果表明,工作动机对工作满意度有显著的正向影响,但对教师绩效没有显著的正向影响;组织文化对工作满意度有显著的正向影响,但对教师绩效没有显著的负向影响;组织承诺对教师绩效有显著的正向影响。但工作满意度对教师绩效的影响为负向且不显著,那么工作满意度对教师绩效的影响为正向且显著。
