This research uses quantitative research methods. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers of the Papa Ron’s Pizza Kudus restaurant. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 100 customers by taking the number of samples using the Lemeshow method. The test tool uses are the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23. The results show that the store atmosphere, customer experience, facilities, and price variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨棒罗恩披萨店的店铺氛围、顾客体验、设施和价格对顾客满意度的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。在本研究中使用问卷收集数据。这项研究的人群是Papa Ron 's Pizza Kudus餐厅的顾客。使用非概率抽样技术进行抽样,总样本为100个客户,使用Lemeshow方法取样本数量。测试工具使用的是社会科学统计程序(SPSS)版本23。结果表明,店铺氛围、顾客体验、设施和价格变量同时影响顾客满意度。其次,店铺氛围变量对顾客满意的影响为正显著,其次是顾客体验变量对顾客满意的影响为正显著,其次是设施变量对顾客满意的影响为正显著,其次是价格变量对顾客满意的影响为正显著。
