摘要

对于英语教师教育来说,提高职前教师的语音水平和语音教学技能是非常重要的。目前,中国对职前英语教师的语音培训只注重发音的提高,缺乏教师教育的元素,其效果还有待提高。本文指出了将学习型评价(LOA)应用于职前英语教师语音培训的理论基础。在重新制定职前英语教师语音培训目标的基础上,探讨了综合学习评价、作为学习评价和为学习评价的评价方法。最后,作者分析了评价方法对提高职前英语教师语音水平和语音教学技能的有效性。
