The leakage magnetic field signal is correlated with permeability and the tangential component of the magnetic flux leakage signal has a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. 摘要

本文对45#钢带圆孔试样的应力及其与磁信号的相关性进行了有限元分析。得到了试样在不同载荷作用下的漏磁场信号。结果表明:拉应力越大,圆孔上方2mm处的应力越大,渗透率随应力的增大先增大后减小;漏磁信号与磁导率相关,漏磁信号的切向分量呈先增大后减小的趋势。漏磁场信号的法向分量出现过零现象。
