摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨网络漫游、工作环境和领导对廖内州苏丹伊斯兰大学教育人员绩效和工作满意度的影响。本研究收集数据的方法是问卷调查。这项研究的对象是88名教育工作人员或雇员。本研究样本采用数据分析和PLS结构方程模型(SEM)分析。结果表明:网络闲散对绩效和工作满意度无显著影响,工作环境变量对绩效和工作满意度无显著影响,领导变量对绩效不显著但对工作满意度有显著正向影响,绩效变量对工作满意度无显著正向影响。
