The model was built based on previous research related to the characteristics and needs of women entrepreneurs. The method used in this research was Research & Development with a 3-step design, preliminary study stage, development stage, and model validation stage. This research involved 32 research informants. At the initial stage, a literature review related to the characteristics and needs of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia was carried out to design learning content. The next stage is the design of learning methods based on the needs and characteristics of Indonesian women. The results of this study are an effective learning model for female students in Vocational Schools. Then, at the model testing stage, it was found that the effectiveness of the learning model was based on the characteristics and needs of Indonesian women based on learning outcomes. The conclusion in this study is that the special learning model for women in Indonesia is very appropriate to be developed based on the needs and characteristics of women. 摘要

本研究旨在提供一个有效的职业学校女学生创业学习模式的概述。该模型是在前人对女性企业家特征和需求研究的基础上建立起来的。本研究使用的方法是research &开发分三步设计,初步研究阶段,开发阶段和模型验证阶段。这项研究涉及32名研究线人。在初始阶段,对印度尼西亚女性企业家的特点和需求进行文献综述,设计学习内容。下一阶段是根据印度尼西亚妇女的需要和特点设计学习方法。本研究结果可为中职女生提供有效的学习模式。然后,在模型测试阶段,发现学习模型的有效性是基于印度尼西亚妇女的特征和需求的学习结果。本研究的结论是,印尼妇女的特殊学习模式是非常适合根据妇女的需求和特点来开发的。本研究提出的建议是,根据女性企业家的需求和特点,在优化女性特殊学习模式方面需要各方的支持。
