摘要

骨折不愈合又称骨不连,是骨折后常见的并发症,也是骨科临床难题之一。目前,骨不连的治疗方法多种多样,临床尚无完善的解决方案。根据患者的具体情况,制定个性化的治疗方案。本文采用髂嵴联合同种异体骨移植联合结骨单治疗骨不连,为临床治疗方案的制定提供了可行的思路。
