Meanwhile, to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in this study using path analysis with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study state that there is a direct influence between salary on employee performance at PT. 摘要
本研究的目的是通过工作满意度作为中介变量,分析并确定薪酬对印尼PT. TA资产公司员工绩效的正向显著影响。本研究以印尼PT. TA资产公司全体员工为研究对象,采用定量分析方法。同时,通过通径分析来分析本研究中变量之间的关系模式,目的是了解一组自变量对因变量的直接或间接影响。本研究的结果表明,在印尼PT. TA Asset通过工作满意度,工资对员工绩效有直接的影响。
The Performance of PT TA Assets Indonesia Employees is Influenced By The Provision of Salaries Through Job Satisfaction
