Axiological Approach to the Formation of Value-based Attitude to FL Communicative Competence of Students (non-linguistic departments)

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы в изучении иностранного языка на неязыковых факультетах Академии ФСИН России, связанные со спецификой формирования профессиональной иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции как одного из важнейших компонентов обучения иностранному языку в условиях глобальных преобразований в науке, культуре, политике, экономике и образовании. Указывается на значимость владения иностранным языком для современных специалистов в условиях высокой профессиональной конкуренции, актуальность коммуникативного взаимодействия на иностранном языке в процессе профессионального роста, ценность изучения иностранного языка в условиях всестороннего развития России. Подчеркивается роль в процессе формирования и развития коммуникативной компетенции коммуникативного обучения, в процессе которого изучение иностранного языка становится наиболее эффективным, а также значение ценностной сферы студентов. Раскрывается содержание понятий «коммуникативная компетенция», «ценности». Рассматриваются исторический, культурологический, научно-содержательный, опытно-эксперименталь­ный подходы к процессу формирования коммуникативной компетенции студентов неязыковых факультетов и подчеркивается роль коммуникативного подхода. Описываются результаты исследования приоритетных ценностей студентов неязыковых факультетов Академии ФСИН и их отношения к изучению иностранного языка на разных ступенях образования, а также изменения, произошедшие в аксиосфере личности обучающихся, составляющие научную новизну и практическую значимость представленных материалов. The article deals with important issues in teaching a foreign language at non-linguistic faculties of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, related to the specifics of the formation of professional foreign language communicative competence as one of the most important components of teaching a foreign language in the context of global transformations in science, culture, politics, economics and education. The paper points out the importance of foreign language competences for modern specialists facing high professional competition, the relevance of communicative interaction in a foreign language in the process of professional growth, the value of learning a foreign language in the context of Russia’s development. It emphasizes the role of communicative competence in the process of formation and development of communicative learning, when the study of a foreign language becomes most effective, as well as the importance of the value sphere of students. The article defines the content of the concepts of communicative competence and values. The research is based on the historical, culturological, scientific-content, experimental-experimental approaches to the process of forming the communicative competence of students of non-linguistic faculties. It emphasizes the role of the communicative approach. It also describes the results of a study of the priority values of students of non-linguistic faculties of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service and their attitude to the study of a foreign language at different levels of education, as well as changes that have occurred in the axiosphere of the personality of students, which make up the scientific novelty and practical significance of the presented materials, are described.
